Wash & Fold Drop-Off
Bring your laundry by the store any time we're open. We wash, dry, and fold it to your preferences, and it's ready for pickup within a couple of days.

Pickup & Delivery
Schedule a pickup window, leave your bag out (or hand it to us directly), and we'll bring it back clean, folded, and on time.

We offer free pickup & delivery from 4th Avenue to 8th Avenue, and 1st Street to 20th Street, in Park Slope. Just outside that range? Message us on WhatsApp and ask — we're sometimes able to make it work.
What if I'm not home for my delivery window?+
Let us know a safe spot to leave your order (like a doorstep or building lobby) in the special instructions when you book, or coordinate a better time with us over WhatsApp.
How do I pay?+
We'll confirm payment details when we reach out to confirm your booking — cash, card, and digital payment are all available.
Do you handle delicates or special items?+
Yes — just add a note in the special instructions when you book, or mention it when we confirm, so we can treat those items with extra care.
How far in advance should I book?+
As soon as you know your preferred pickup date. We do our best to accommodate short notice too — message us on WhatsApp for same-day requests.
